Hi....Im planning to move to Brisbane in a couple of weeks and am at work at the moment...im a bit scared as i dont know anyone there....anyone want to chat? (erm im 23 and english...) Smile

Congradulations on that whole being English thing. The men here seem to harass women alot if you arent Australian. Kinda give women a bad impression of all us decent men.

Hey Chick,

I hope that you'll enjoy living in Brisbane.

Just a word of warning, it's very easy to meet people here but be wary of elevating people into your close circle of friends, because people come and go all the time many people are very superficial. You'll go through loads of groups of people, before you find some nice peeps to hang out with that you can trust, don't take it personally it's just the way it goes here.

Just keep people at arms length before you get to know them better. But it's great for meeting people from all over the world.
