Hi,

Where in Canada? I grew up in Wisconsin, near the border but live in London, UK. I have worked in Europe the past 8 years. I am suppose to be moving to Brisbane in June, although at the last minute negotiations have soured, basically we can't agree on my package and I think I negotiated too hard and put them off.

In any case, with luck I will still be over in June and I too have no friends, and will be looking to meet some other newcomers! I am excited about coming and looking forward to making a lot of new friends and experiencing a new culture.
