A poutine is from Quebec, Canada. It's french fries with cheese curds and gravy on top. The cheese melts on the fries. If you eat the cheese before it melts on the fries and it squeeks when you chew that means the cheese is just freshly made. mmmmmmmmmmm yummy... :lol:

No just kidding... The stuff is good just really heavy. I wouldn't overdo it... Avoid the McDonald's or Belle Province poutines. Those suck.
There is a place in Ste. Therese north of MTL that makes kickass poutines.

Actually that would be a decent idea... There are a lot of Canadians and Quebecers in Brisbane, the owner could make a killing....
Only thing is the friustration associated with teaching the Indian chefs how to make poutine, and the 30+ different variations thereof...
Oh and thats muuuuuuch better :lol:
