Shine Australia the creators of MasterChef are now casting for a new food program and looking for cooks & chefs with strong experience to take part.
We are looking for people from around the country, from young apprentices to outback farmcooks, executive chefs or café owners.
Participants can either be currently employed in the industry or could have put their 'food' dream on hold to pursue another career but are hoping to make a return to the kitchen.
