BECOME A POOL TABLE MANUFACTURER
LEARN: To SAFELY operate bandsaws, table saws, chopsaws, shapers, sanders, boring machines, grinders, nail guns, drill presses, routers and various hand tools in order:
To build the models that we currently make along with their component parts.
To make the jigs, dies, patterns and templates as needed.
To set up a modified conveyor belt system to maximize product flow.
To stain, dye, finish and do basic refinishing.
To cover rails/beds, glue cushions and install/level.
To market, advertise, sell and deliver.
The training takes place in Hayward and lasts about 2 weeks. The fee is $8000 in USD.
