Just for clarification Brisbane, Marmite is available in Canada go to any Loblaws, Safeway or Superstore and ask.

Also I know 2 people that came under their wife’s sponsorship and the wives are not in the Health sector so I don't know if what Brisbane said is true (One is an IT support person, the other works for the Canadian Embassy). Being on your wife’s sponsorship is to your advantage in searching for a job as the company will love the fact that they don't have to give you as many benefits (housing, health, education, etc.) just try to negotiate a better salary in lieu of these forfeited benefits.
