I used to live in Saudi and we used to drive past the big sign on the freeway every week that says - Christians this way!!!!! hahahah i can not believe it. What if Saudis were white " coloured people this way" :director: i am just pondering ,whats wrong in christians or jewish , why can they not visit ? - Abrar - 01-22-2006 coz Non-Muslims have bsaolutely no business there.its a religious site not a tourist one. heard something like Saudi men travel to Australia for sex.are there any Saudis in this Brisbane forum.I want to know how much support the Sharia law has there. - Brisbane - 01-23-2006 Abrar Wrote:coz Non-Muslims have bsaolutely no business there.its a religious site not a tourist one. 1) I agree 2) Most Saudis find Saudi boring and dangerous. - HellPoe - 01-23-2006 Abrar Wrote:coz Non-Muslims have bsaolutely no business there.its a religious site not a tourist one. If i travel in Italy and i find a sign board saying " muslims go that way", i would be crazy and find it insult. Holy prophet never ever stopped non-muslims from these holy cities or even from churches? We should let these people to come and see those places ,nothing is harm in visiting. Saudi Govt is example of " cartoon govt". I dont know what Islam have they implemented in their own country? - Brisbane - 01-23-2006 HP Wrote:Abrar Wrote:coz Non-Muslims have bsaolutely no business there.its a religious site not a tourist one. Hmmm... Would you also allow kafreen to touch the Noble Quran? - HellPoe - 01-23-2006 Quote:Hmmm... Would you also allow kafreen to touch the Noble Quran? If they touch the quaran and read then they can learn about our religion and if we hide these things from them how will be they able to find what Islam is :0) - Brisbane - 01-23-2006 There are other ways to learn. The Quran is Pure. - HellPoe - 01-23-2006 Brisbane Wrote:There are other ways to learn. The Quran is Pure. So u wouldnt let these people to read the Quran and understand islam? after 7/7 bomb explosion in London ,i was travelling in London and people were hesitant to sit beside me becuse of my Asian look. I was feeling really bad. Just imagine how a person will feel if he reads a sign board saying " christian this way" . - cadmus - 01-23-2006 for once i agree with HP - yshimy - 01-23-2006 HP, It is our religion who abide us not to let Non-Muslims to our holy places nor touch the Quran. It is in the core of our religion. and it is the teachings of prophet muhamed PBUH. If you want to make sure, as a scholar, and don't just assume things man. Really, you are giving wrong information to ppl. - HellPoe - 01-23-2006 yshimy Wrote:HP, Okay my daddy i am tired of your posts ,u won and i lost :banghead: - yshimy - 01-23-2006 HP, it seems i'll start to like you, i thought you will keep going and going and we both will end up banned or framed. ![]() Anyway, i lost too, because i was replying to your fast posts i arrived to work late and lose some money ![]() - HellPoe - 01-23-2006 yshimy Wrote:HP, it seems i'll start to like you, i thought you will keep going and going and we both will end up banned or framed. I dont have life now a days so dont compete me :0) . - Choko - 01-23-2006 Well actually HP does have a point! Take the monastary of St Catherine's on Mount Sinai where Mosses received the 10 commandments from God, it also houses the so called burning bush. The monastary is open to all, there's a church and a church standing side by side, so people of all faiths can worship - now that's forward thinking and openess, but run by the Greeks it doesn't surprise me! Do you know when the Egyptian governement asked the Bishop how far the lands of the monastary extended so they could make it a protected site, he replied, 3 days walk in any direction! Religious sites are important to all who have faith and should be treated as such. - Brisbane - 01-23-2006 Alcoholic Wrote:now that's forward thinking and openess, but run by the Greeks it doesn't surprise me!
