i'm afraid u cannot get an employment visa in australia..cos for issuin an employment visa u have to undergo a blood test..and if teh results shows that u r positive for hepatatis u 'll be deported instantly,,

Well according to the information I researched, you can work with Hep B so long as it's not in the hospitality industry or maid/nanny. So it's worth looking into.
