I remember when we were living in London, way back in the dark ages, and condensed milk used to come in toothpaste shaped thingies. My little sister used to eat it straight from the tube.

But good golly that stuff tastes fab

Back to condensed milk-it makes good fudge too! Heat 450g of choc bits with one 450g tin of condensensed milk in a microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and stir until glossy. Line a small tin with gladwrap and pour in. Set in fridge and cut into squares!! You can add nuts to the mix too which is how it is supposed to be, but with false teeth one has to be very careful!!
