Many people have struck trouble with a firm I recently hired to deliever parcels to me. Courier companies do have bad names - here is my experience with Temando and Northline.
Since I wrote these complaints in Brisbane Forum, the companies concerned have refunded me in full. I am satisfied that at the end of the day, Temando did what was right - but why it took 30 phone calls and almost as many emails is hard to understand. Thank you to www.brisbaneforum.com.
