Where to create diary service

Hi, man and woman!!!



I hit this beautiful place by SE used search word: "Online diary forum".

So I show resolve to create this topic because I need tips to select free hosting to create own forum or blog and diary. Please, I need prompting to find software which permit me to provide a open diary service on my site.
