Bird Flu is once again in Europe and UK. I was starting to wonder because i have had the sniifles, and i keep "pecking" at things and flapping my arms up and down.

Just off now to prune my feathers

well if it comes then if u own a pharmacy or have shares in meWakerleyine market buy loads b4 the epidemic. make loads of profit... Nah I aint sadist , it was really done by unscruplous ppl to make profit. Lastly did u know some of the computer viruses are released by anti-virus companies? Y? cos they wanna make ppl paranoid and sell er anti-dote

Well it has hit Turkey pretty hard. Syria as I understand imports almost everything that has to do with poultry/birds ...whatever, from Turkey, plus the seasonal migration goes through Syria.

So if it hits Syria, then it's in the local World .... and then no one's safe, specially in a metropolis like Brisbane.

It's over exagerrated though. The "infective" dose of the virus isn't easy to get, and not easily contracted either. Anyway, let's hope it doesn't mutate into something more contagious.

yeah i know profit would be amazing. .

geez! people can panic over such minor things.
let's put things into perspective here... bird flu has killed about 200 people worldwide out of a population of nearly 6 billion.
that's negliable. more people die from malnutrition every day than that.
more people murdered around the world every day than that.
more people die of heart attacks around the world every day than that.
the list goes on and on...

there is no need to freak out.
