			<description><![CDATA[The Print Bar. 9/104 Newmarket Road, Windsor, Queensland, 4030. This printing company deserve to be name and shamed. The Print Bar have taken our money for a product we ordered and they have not delivered. They (Jared the boss) won't return our calls, emails and won't even help to locate the goods that they 'apparently' sent. The goods were due to be delivered Friday last and were needed for a charity event yesterday. The staff were very rude to my wife and very dismissive. Jared spoke to her in a very derogatory manner and they refuse to return our money.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Brisbane film school race row. Beyond the other comment by the other poster, Rumor going around that a student at QPIX was racially abused, discriminated against and assaulted turns out to be true as this has been confirmed by many. Not going to name the victim, but I am sure as hell going to call out QPIX for this sort of disgusting behavior. This is the twenty first century. Apparently QPIX is still stuck in the 50s. I dont know how degrading and humiliating a student brings out their best work, but at QPIX it is apparently par for the course. The people who work there are real animals, who consider bullying and violence completely normal. I dont know how it remains open. I know for a fact this has happened to a few students over the last few years. God know how long this has been going on. I imagine that students are afraid to come forward for fear of having their careers damaged since QPIX is the first step in that career. Disgusting. Shame. Shame. Shame. This place needs to be shut down and heads need to roll. They can start with ceo kerry orourke who presides over this theater of the damned. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Last Saturday, I took delivery of an apartment full of furniture from IKEA . As I move from country to country I use IKEA as my main furniture provider. I have done so in France, Singapore and Hong Kong. Never have I been treated the way I was treated by the delivery staff of ALLPURPOSE TRANSPORT on Saturday.<br />
<br />
There were 60 other apartments being moved on that day as it is a new building. The drivers refused to come from the parking lot to my apartment – all level ground except the lift from the lobby. Instead they insisted they wanted to come up 2 flights of steps at the front of the building. They argued with me and the management on this for at least 20 minutes. I finally gave in and paid them the extra money they were demanding to come from the back entrance (an additional 30 meters on level ground). Body corporate rules stipulate this is the entrance to be used.<br />
<br />
To top it off, they did not even have a removal trolley and took the one the management had for hire insisting that I pay the hire charge for it. <br />
<br />
None of the other removal companies had an issue with using the back entrance including the Good Guys who were bringing my appliances.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Just wanting to share an experience that I had with KingsfordSmithParking in Brisbane. We arrived at the Parking place around 6.30pm a hour and a bit before our flight- Yes I know left it a bit late but we had checked in online the previous day before. We waited and waited for the parking people to take us to the airport finally we were in the bus ready to go and then the driver (RUSSELL) told us to wait for the next people whose flight was at 9.20pm. I was a bit angry but I thought its okay we have checked in surely it wont take that long. We waited again. FINALLY we were taken to the airport, walked into the doors and was told by our airline that we were 1 minute late to check in our bags. (It takes 21 minutes to Scan Bags) We were there at 7.21 our flight was leaving at 7.40. We ended up buying another ticket for &#36;1400 for 4 people one way to Cairns-&#36;330 each. We Called Russell the owner of this KingsfordSmithParking and he was not cooperative at all he said he wasn't prepared to do anything. He just said tough luck. We asked if he would refund the &#36;85.00 for the parking, he said no. We thought this was reasonable as we were &#36;1400 out of pocket. We didn't have much time to talk so we caught out &#36;1400 flight to Carins. On the way home, We were picked up and talked to Russell face to face- he was very rude and didn't want to listen. He wouldn't even admit he was at fault. He said we were only waiting for 15 minutes but we had a receipt which states we were there at 6.30pm. 1 hour before and according to their website it takes 9-12 minutes if you add the 15 minutes of waiting- that is 6.45 plus the time 12 minutes 6.57pm a whole 43 minutes to place our baggage on. I just want to warn anyone of how rude and incompetent this service was. We are now at a loss of &#36;1400 + and I will never park their again. All we wanted was a sincere apology- I was wrong- I should of dropped you off earlier so you did not miss your flight. I was too embarrassed to speak up and ask him to hurry because I expected that he would know what time we needed to be there, since it is his job to transport people to their flight.]]></description>

I asked the big guy in charge some polite questions about getting into the film industry and he snobbed me. I spent hundreds of dollars to be snobbed. :oops:   No thanks. AVOID. I visited the Griffith University campus last week and was made to feel very welcome and the course has better training and much better facilities. Just wanted to write this to help other young people not waste money and not be insulted. Thanks for reading.]]></description>

I work in retail and I know exactly what it can be like copping everyone and their bad moods but we choose to work in the industry so should deal with it, but when I go to a busines of any kind I expect nothing  more than a polite hello and whatever I pay for.<br />

So my first name and shame goes toooooo-RIVERLIFE Brisabne, I bought 5 vouchers as gifts and not long after we had the flooding and crap weather for weeks, and now they will not extend the voucher nor will they refund all or any of the money I paid for these-whoops nearly forgot to mention the shitty attitude of the receptionist and her NOT MY PROBLEM attitude!<br />

Have your say cos as long as we still go to these places they will continue to have crap staff and zero integrity unless we let everyone know where NOT to go!]]></description>

What can I say..I had a very high expectation to come to this shop, leave with a very unhappy feeling and I swear I'll never enter this shop again!!!<br />

What happened was:<br />
At 5pm on 24 September 2010, I went to this shop, I picked up a cup cake and a &#36;33 cake, there was a female at the counter who served me, there's no smile on her face and no greetings to me...I didn't mind, I thought I only come to buy a cake so even the female is not polite, I endure it. But what worse was, when she took my money and give me the change, I thought I need a &#36;5 note, so I give her two &#36;2 coins and one &#36;1 coin and asked her if she can give me a &#36;5 note, she immediately stared on me, when I repeated, she unpleasantly said"I don't have many &#36;5 notes"...but at that time, there's a &#36;5 note on the counter...<br />
I don't know if your shop has a rule regarding the notes, if you have, you can inform the customer and we will understand. But this female's behavior is REALLY unpolite!!! staffs represent the shop's image, their behavior directly affect the impression to the shop.<br />
This female in the shop today very much disappointed me, I don't think I would ever enter this shop again...<br />
