I have a Master Bedroom with Ensuite to rent (air conditioned), would prefer to share with female

*2 Minute walk to bus stop
*10 Minute walk to shopping centre (1 Minute Drive)
*2 Minute walk to bike paths, park and lake
The only thing you would be required to share is kitchen and laundry.
You would be renting with a self employed, down to earth, neat and tidy person(32 yo).
You would be required to be a geniuine, neat and tidy person.
