Reliable British visitor looking for a quiet place to stay for approx 3 months, effective immediately. Very flexible on location. Anywhere in the Gold Coast area or nearby (hinterland, or North/South) considered, or even elsewhere if the place is right. Will consider any option - self-contained, house sit (refs can be supplied), or share, but must have own room. Up to max of $300 pw.
