Mail laborers from India or Pakistan not used to seeing halk naked white girls in their country, living here for a long period of time without being with a woman... While topless and nude bathing is not permissible in any local country, it is not to say that given an isolated beach you cannot do it... I know that for a fact. No more details than that will be given
