Car Leasing in Brisbane? - G - 01-18-2006 Hi all IS it possible to lease cars in Brisbane? Say for 2 or 3 years as you can do in the UK on either a personal or business basis? - gangster - 01-18-2006 YUP  - G - 01-18-2006 ...closed question...blah blah blah Very good! And can you please share with me the company details or websites where I can take a look at these? I'd assume that these are all much cheaper than the equivelent in the UK given that cars are a lot cheaper in Brisbane - yurki500 - 01-18-2006 G, You can try any of the car rental places like Dollar, Avis and all the rest (cannot think of too many) Only problem I have found is that they will basically take the cost of purchasing the car, tax, insurance, amintenance etc and then divide it by a set number of years and months. I have NO idea if they take into account the re-sale value of the car at the end of the lease period. I did ask when I enquired, but they did not answer me! hahahahahaha renting... - nellie - 01-20-2006 Hi there, I'm on my 2nd month of renting a Nissan Tiida - not a bad car (AUD 1795 with all insurance included). I reckon you're better buying a car as you are just putting money into nothing. If you buy, at least at the end of the day you'll have something you can sell. However, if you're like me and have to travel a lot, you may need to rent starting out (Im going through National). good luck Nellie |
