I believe the Muslim new year falls on 3rd Nov. Will it be mayham on the roads? A good idea to stay indoors then?

hmm i dont think your information is correct .. november 3rd should be Eid which isnt muslim new years, its the celebration that comes after the end of the month of Easter.
dont worry .. its a festive happy time .. no mayhem or rioting .. hehe
