Does anyone know what cheese they put in the bsaolutely delicious cheese bread I get from the American Bakery on Molle road? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Its Haloumi cheese i beleive .. you can find it in all grocery stores ..

Haloumi cheese- fry with a dash of olive oil, mmmm yummy!
