not that i know off try japango tho i think the cheifs are. or atleast i hope they are.

i also think i saw one in jumeria but he might be a tourist he had a camera. he also might be chinese i cant tell 8).

You can usually tell Japanese by the clothes they wear (label worshippers) and their hair styles (often bleached).
