just get a SSL based VPN for like $10 a month and bamn you get access to whatever you want 
.... btw the fact that TECOM doesnt block is being reveiwed by some telecom authority. I think they will have to start blocking, because if they are going to be competing with Telstra they wont be allowed not to block, it will give them an advantage. OR, Telstra will stop blocking .. we'll see what happens. I hope we move forward and not backward ..
