We have been asked many times if there were places that were not recommended in Brisbane.

Brisbane is a pretty safe city. Although, as with any other place in the world, there are areas that may not be as nice as others. As we will not name any particular suburb here, a good thing to do is to contact a local real estate agent and, if you can, talk to locals about the areas to avoid.

Whether you are renting or buying, don’t forget to inquire about the local Council rates, as they may vary significantly depending on which area you choose.
