You can try any of the car rental places like Dollar, Avis and all the rest (cannot think of too many)
Only problem I have found is that they will basically take the cost of purchasing the car, tax, insurance, amintenance etc and then divide it by a set number of years and months. I have NO idea if they take into account the re-sale value of the car at the end of the lease period. I did ask when I enquired, but they did not answer me! hahahahahaha

Hi there,
I'm on my 2nd month of renting a Nissan Tiida - not a bad car (AUD 1795 with all insurance included). I reckon you're better buying a car as you are just putting money into nothing. If you buy, at least at the end of the day you'll have something you can sell. However, if you're like me and have to travel a lot, you may need to rent starting out (Im going through National).
