I just joined the forum, and I wanted to say hello.

I am an American of Korean descent, currently living in the USA.

Even though I know almost nothing about Brisbane, I just have this gut feeling that that's where I have to be. After going thru a long period of aimless drifting, to finally know where to go is such an enormous relief.

I've been a web designer for a few years now, officially "self-employed," and I hope to find work in a company in Australia.

LOl what a coincidence! I was reading this post while eating Kam-chi and Tofu. My Korean roommate made for moi. I know a Korean manager of Kia who works in Brisbane. Lost contact with him. E-commerce field in Australia sucks big time! compared to North America. It's good to get into this field when it's still developing. Cyah in the forum

Thanks for the welcome. Don't know much about e-commerce in Brisbane, except for what my friends in the business who work there tell me - they found plenty of work that was easier to find there than over in the states. But I guess I'll have to find out for myself. Happy New Year - sahn-jo
