Has anyone here ever bought a car that has been converted or had a company convert it?

I really have my eyes set on buying a Toyota Supra Targa TT and would really appreciate hearing about others experiences.

Can you recommend a place that would do this type of conversion? A place that specializes in Japanese imports? Any advice you can offer is appreciated.

There's a garage that could do it called Performance something. Not sure of the full name. These guys specialise in some large bhp motors! Will not be cheap mind you.
