I'm looking to rent a large bedroom in convenient location. The best things about this location and house is that:-
There's a Coles 2 mins drive way,
Runcorn train station is 5 mins walk away,
Local pool is 2 mins drive away
There's a large variety of restaurants nearby
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the house
The room is fully furnished
I'm looking to rent to a male who doesn't mind living with me, my housemate and 2 friendly cats. We're both professionals and take turns cooking Asian food.
The rent is $130/ week with 4 weeks bond. Internet, water, electricity are all included.
