It vary from job to job and responsibilities . The culture of "Sir" is widley dominated in Brisbane unlike west ,where bosses (or dads) are quite frank and friendly. But again its vary from person to person ,some people are nice and friendly and others are not. Dont think that like John Kerry i am on the both side of coin. I think they are really demanding but if u are white then u always get the benefit of doubt :). Just come with fresh mind and join the job ............. |
